We've just launched our site using Twitter to show real time Brand conversations, which we call Brand Channels. Moreover, we are inspiring Brands and Communities to join in an open conversation. Through Brand Tagging, Community talks about Brands on Twitter such that it can be measured. We track positive/negative brand sentiment and make public, showing that every Tweet is counted, and every Tweet counts. Our social mission is to be the trusted standard for transparency in marketing, leading to the open engagement between Community and Brands.
